I was at Hallmark with my brother last night looking at greeting cards, and I saw one that should absolutely not exist. It had something sincere about love on the outside, and then on the inside a second little card glued to the inside that was shaped like a heart. On the inside of that it said, “Will you marry me?”
If there is anyone out there who actually buys this kind of card, I want to know about it so I can kick them in the face. If you use a mass produced greeting card to propose to your girlfriend, I hope she says no.
It’s a sad person who has to go to corporate America to get help in asking for their girlfriend’s hand in marriage.
